The app has to many glitches. The ID card on the site has multiple overlapping text, the help sections are not pacific to your pet acct, and paying on your acct isn't convenient. Please perfect this app before trying to promote upgrades and other things. I am new, and so for, each time I have visited this app, it hasn't been a pleasant experience. Good thing is I found a decent Vet, bad thing is that its not the Vet I already had, (they don't accept this plan), I guess you get what you pay for.

Slow to load, error messages when attempting to sign in, card status still says "pending" even though my status is active. So, that means that I'm still held up in scheduling a vet appointment. 2 stars- needs definite work, yet has potential to be a very useful and efficient service/app.

This app is poorly designed. Among other problems, when I add a picture of my pet, it removes required info that I entered earlier and will not let me re-enter it. Also I'm prompted for a breed of my cat but the "Breed" input field is missing. There are also data validation problems on it as well. I'm a web developer......this app is poorly designed and poorly QA tested.

The screen for my insurance card is hard to read, all the lettering is on top of each other. Even if I tilt my screen for portrait or landscape mode. Annoying everytime I need to use to show the doctors office

I signed up thinking it was per insurance. It is not. I canceled and they did not refund the 149 they charged. I tried calling and got a call center offering a 100 dollar rebate which requires you to give them a credit card and all your personal data. During this time you have to ask who am I giving all this data to? They don't mention their name. Super sketchy. I called my bank and canceled the transaction through them and reported it as a possible scam

It was Very easy & didn't take Long at all to sign up! I signed up THINKING it was Pet Insurance & AFTER I Paid Annually for it, I read the reviews ,& one Review told me it is not Pet Insurance! & It said that they were not given a Refund after they found out either! Gee, Thanks! You should post that when you advertise it! That it's NOT Pet Insurance!! That would be VERY helpful!!

Just got this and already want to delete it. I can't even log into the app with the code it sends to my email. Which means I can't see my card. Then I'm reading horrible reviews, and their responses are unprofessional and dismissive of the people complaining about their app and services. Seems like a sketchy organization.

There are a very limited number of veterinarians listed, and the ones I am looking for are not even on the list to invite to the plan. I just want to type the name of the clinic in, and see wethere it participates or not. I took this insurance because my dog has costly health issues, and it has been completely useless to me over the year and a half that I've had it.
