The inability to communicate effectively is my only issue with this app. You can only send 1 message whether it's a picture or a question (but can't send both) which is what you usually need to send. And can only send the next part of your message once the other party replies to you, which can take several days. It makes communication more time consuming than it needs to be.

Always having errors. I've had to uninstall and reinstall so many times just to get it to open up. Now it won't even open the app even if I uninstall and reinstall it. I can't do my courses or reach my Master with it always having an "Error Occurred" just when trying to open the app. Please fix this! I didn't pay over $2k for my schooling app to set me up to fail.

This app is in need of a massive update. Can only send one pic at a time and that is not done properly and many more things are screwed up. I'm on the Pixel 3Xl. This app is the worst tool. Not sending pics only text and that is a hit and miss. This app is a joke.©️®️🅰️🅿️ Master, this is a paid service ($250.00/month😭) I'm using. Recently I have not been able to send one pic properly. Students this app will be your biggest let down.

The new CraftMaster by Phi-Academy is a great tool for online education in the beauty industry. Lots of courses supported by videos and theoretical knowledge. It's fast! Uploading your work is easy. and you can interact easy with your Master, see other users work and get inspired. I have great experience with my students! Love this app! Super educational! Can I give zero?? What's the point of the app if it's not organized and looks like a cheap articles website?? Why you're hiding the prices and the content of the course I don't want to read your history!!

The app isn't working for me when I go to upload pics to my grand master. I have permissions all enabled but when I press gallery or camera, it does nothing.
