It's been around 1 month that I have been using Practo. totally 10 patients have booked and only 6 have turned up. But practo has charged me for 10(40% loss). I have called patients who haven't turned up and requested them to cancel the appointment. I also indicated no-show in practo app. On enquiry from support team, I got to know that I can never get it refunded unless patient cancels the appointment. Better create OTP system, patient can enter on visiting doctor. You may cut charges later.

The WORST EVER SUPPORT SYSTEM i have ever encountered as a doctor. Very poor behaviour. Ineffective rude and belligerent. They keep on making you wait even after multiple documents submissions and verification is kept in a pending state for atleast 2_3 months. Once you make a payment that's the last you will hear from them till the time comes for renewal. They are conniving manipulators who are scamming doctors , patients alike to make a quick buck. Zero star. Would never recommend to any1 else

Please allow to do consultant on windows laptop too via an app or chrome/Google. Would help a lot. Right now it can be done only via app on phone

There are unnecessary ads running on the landing page. Ophthalmology EMR is not accessible on the app still.

Pros: Helps to connect with remote patients who are unable to visit a doctor physically. Cons: Very low traction of patients. Worst support system. App also is not user friendly. It is headache to change the slots in the app. When the whole world is moving ahead with phone, chat, whatsapp support, practo is still struggling to provide email based support.

The app is very glitchy at present. Too many bugs. Not possible to even upload documents, with so many technical snags. I hope its not this glitchy when actual consults are done. Also, there needs to be greater agreement the desktop browser account page, and the mobile app page. Both are very different. PS -I must mention practo has put in place a very responsive customer service. They have reached out and offered to get documents uploaded from their end if its sent to them

No useful support, tried for last 3 weeks. While entering bank details always says could not be verified. When I contacted practo via email (no technical support over phone is available), they send me a link to enter bank details. When I clicked the link both my anti virus and chrome said security threat. Still tried to access the link after allowing advanced access turned out to be an Error 404 page. Now I am tired and frustrated. Sent an email for the last time before deleting the app
