Terrible and inconsistent. This is the second time in the past year that they've changed up the rewards program in a major way. Manually scanning or entering a receipt is now impossible, you'll just get a random error. At least with the last version, you were able to enter the receipt and details on the website, now you can't even do that. Before eating here, be prepared to overpay for tiny portions and no functional rewards program.

The app has been working well for pickup orders, but I tried the delivery feature for the first time yesterday. I never received my food, even though the driver entered that he had handed it to me. I called and texted the driver 5 times AND entered delivery instructions at the number that was texted to me, but never got an answer or response. When i finally DID get in touch with someone, they told me that the Costa Vida app had not provided them the address.

App starts fine initially. Once logged in, it's just a white, blank screen. Close and reopen app. Get the animated splash screen for 2 seconds, then blank screen again. Might as well uninstall this one!

Painful to use, pressing the phones back button always closes the app. Checkout is messy and not very clear on what is happening.

The app seems to never work. I'm not able to get points towards rewards because I can't get app to let me change my password. Super frustrating!!

App won't let me add points to an order from 1 hr ago. Says it can't find receipt. Why bother having a Rewards system.

The previous app was so easy to use and was more customer friendly. The new version is way less customer focused and favors the company. Previously, one could save up their earned points and redeem them all at once or in one transaction. It was so nice when we could choose how much money to redeem. Now, it doesn't matter how many points you have. You can only redeem one free item per transaction. And get this...you can't even decide which entree is free. By default, it's the cheaper entree. 👎
