It used to work. Now everytime I try to log on it says "oops, something went wrong!" I thought I might have been using my password incorrectly so I reset it then tried again but it still said "oops, something went wrong." This is very annoying. I would greatly appreciate if someone from the IT team would help me out here. This is upsetting.

This updated and "improved" app is like entering a wormhole. You can't get where you are trying to, and it continually tells me to download the app when I am using the app. I have been attempting to download it so I can get my free birthday meal now for 2 days. Hopefully, it'll work since my daughter & MIL want to take me out for my birthday tomorrow. I missed celebrating with my family last year since I was in the hospital. I've been looking forward to it all year. My MIL came in from Germany.

The VIP seating was useless. The staff did not know anything about it, so we were left waiting while others who walked in around the same time were seated before us.

Impossible to create an account. I tried using my email address and phone number, and both times I recieveve an error saying that they're already in use. Also, the lack of an option to go back to try another way of creating an account is maddening. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app 6 times due to this oversight.

Downloaded the app and it doesn't even OPEN. SHAME on Tucanos for making all their deals in app only now, and the frigging app doesn't even work. Smh

Why change an app that used to work flawlessly? This new app sucks. Birthday meals do not show up in it either.

Got a new phone. Can log in using the normal website but trying to reinstall the app on my phone keeps telling me that my email address or phone number is already taken. Well duh im trying to log in using the existing account method. Poorly designed app and clearly not tested. Reporting to app maker means nothing. They say they will fix the app but its clear they won't. will update review after i contact tucanos corporate
