Freezes up a lot, will delete photos taken even if saved, or a see through grey block will pop up and pervent you from doing anything in the app, or even refuse to take photots in general. The camera sucks, and it's at a werid very close-up angle and can not be adjusted, so when you have a very tight space to take photos of, you can not take the pictures.

An absolute nightmare on my Galaxy 21+. Overrides camera features such as horizontal photos and tap to focus, making clear photos impossible. Took me roughly 4 hours to complete inspection of my 3 bedroom rental. Forgot about the garage and reopened the app, only to have to re-upload every single room AGAIN. I had to do it for my mom who is not tech savvy in the least. She probably would've died before she could complete the inspection. Passing the inspection to another user was also terrible.

All this app is garbage. It will not let me Zoom the camera out to take a wider picture or let me select photos I've already taken on my phone.

App had long lag times. Issues with login, "password incorrect", & no place to enter invite code. Property manager had to put in a ticket. As a tenant, this took a long time. Inspections are the property manager's responsibility, & putting this on the tenant is capitalistic & burdensome. A property manager or inspector would do this on paid time, but a tenant has to do it during unpaid free time. It felt classist. Poor experience. Would not recommend app concept nor tech on this particular app.

On a Google Pixel 8, this app cannot use the camera without *extreme* frustration. The zoom resets for *every* photo! The autofocus is always blurry, and there's no user override. It took 4x-5x longer for *each* photo. The camera photo is *significantly* behind the tap to capture. More than half of the time, the shot was too late and was off subject or blurry from motion. The in-app feedback from itself only shows two lines of text, and quickly hides behind the on screen keyboard.

This app doesn't let you attach photos you've already taken, you have to take the photos within the app. When you do that, you can't see the full aspect ratio of the photo you're taking, so you have to check the photo after the fact and make multiple attempts. This app ultimately enables lazy property management companies to offload the task of unit inspections onto the tenants. The least you can do is make the app usable.

This review comes from a landlord's perspective, so I can't say much about the app's performance and User Experience. However, as a landlord, I'm super impressed by the detailed and super helpful inspection report my tenant was able to create using the app. So much better and more detailed than a stupid spreadsheet and some randomly assorted photos. Thanks for this brilliant product! One quick feature request would be to offer an "n/a" option for certain features that aren't present in rooms.

this is a good idea never had this done by any landlord. this is a good idea and once I got the hang of it it was pretty easy to do it just took me a while because I had to write things about different things that I were taking pictures of.
