There are definitely issues which need to be fixed. 1. For example , whenever the mobile is connected to a WiFi Network , the app continues to ask for Password even though you have already configured the PIN as per the instructions given and registered the device. 2. Whenever there is international Roaming, there is no option to change the access number type to the local country dial in number, in the end , if you need to continue using the App in the roaming country , you end up having to dial the host country at International roaming rates. 3. There are instances when the App stops working suddenly and just continues to give a busy tone for the access number. When it works , it works fine , However at times it can be really frustrating to make it work. Hope someone takes this feedback to make it more user friendly.

The app keeps asking the pin even after logging in and even after entering the pin, it doesn't connect. The call disconnects after 3 attempts. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, logged in successfully but still calls not going through. The help desk number just rings and goes into silence after 10 rings. This is when I am an enterprise customer with 1000+ seats.

The app is really pathetic. It won't sync all contacts and you need to copy paste in the app dialer. Earlier, you could use Android native dialer and the app used to pick international number and route it via it's servers. On top of that, now it asks for code Everytime and then you have to enter the full number manually. I wish I could give 0 stars

The app is really pathetic. There are issues with call connections, does not work when Wi-Fi is on and does not work if you save your contact starting with +91. Though you save your login, it asks the pin and numb6every time.

App just crashes and doesn't load after entering account details. Other times, it just crashes on launch itself. Have not been able to use even once. July-02-2019 - Same issue. App is crashing as soon as I login.

Hi , I have installed the Reliance global call Enterprise app and all was working fine all of sudden it has started crashing trying to reach out their helpdesk number but it rings and then hangs off tried sending mail to the concerned still no response very poor service The app has been installed in my Android phone

The app doesn't even deserve to be rated, no sooner that the old legacy app received an update it totally went to dogs. Doesn't allow calling, keeps asking for pin despite entering pin doesn't connect calls. And the customer care response to these complaints - pls try to uninstall and reinstall!! Had it not been for my employer I would never care to have this app on my phone.. Waste of time

App keeps crashing on my new K20 pro. Tried multiple times reinstalling and the issue persists. First time login and setting up password works fine. After that it simple crashes at every attempt to open the app
