Quirky

Have tried this app on two Android phones. It's great having access to stuff that your kids generally wouldn't show you unless you asked. However, whenever you open a document, it opens a share dialogue instead of opening the file... Very frustrating. Also annoying that it doesn't mark notifications as read after you view them. So the only option is to clear all.

Pretty good for the most part if teachers use it correctly. One really annoying feature is that to open a document it only allows sharing of the file, not opening it, so I have to send it to someone then look in sent items to open it.

Every time there is an attachment to open it automatically tries to share it. This means I have to send it to my email and open it from there. This never happend previously. School can't fix and no details to contact the app directly. Have no choice to use as school has nominated this app.

App notifications are very delayed, some times up to 24 hours after receiving a direct message from a teacher which could at times need a quicker reply than a day later. I only check the app when I receive a notification so have missed some messages lately

This app is an afterthought - very frustrating considering how much the school pays for SEQTA. It's very buggy, text is invisible in drop down menus, sometimes notifications get cut off on the edges of the screen. Do better SEQTA.

App used to work, albeit quite frustrating. However it stopped working, saying 'no network connection' no matter what I did. I uninstalled and reinstalled as I need to use it for my child's school. This did nothing, the issue persisted. I tried logging out of the app and when I clicked to log back in it just takes me to a screen that says login unsuccessful. The only way I can access SEQTA now is through a browser. I have also had issues trying to open documents, it only wants to "share" them

App not working. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times over a week but still no luck. Initially stating no network retry but now doesn't open on my phone. Previously always had intermittent issues with accessing notifications. I would click on it and sometimes they would not populate. Good app when working but frustrating most of the time
