The grill is great, the app works pretty bad. It doesn't crash but it fails to change the settings in the grill 80%-90% of the time. That means I have to try to make a change (temperature, modes, etc) 5 to 10 time before the grill take she change. When changing between temperature and time cooking modes is even worse. If that is fixed then it would be a great app

Generally speaking it's a pretty good although a little buggy in places. I've had an issue a few times now (when cooking with a probe) where the app seems to glitch but doesn't report any errors with the cook). When I check the grill itself, it shows a probe error and has stoooed the cool although this one error isn't fed back to the all. The grill then needs a power cycle in order to finish the cool albeit with the same probe etc.

Grill is great app is not i managed to connect BT and wifi with no issues but when using the thermometer i dont get any notification saying it has hit temp i have notifications turned on i have to have the app open and running on screen if not the temps dont update when minimized so if your phone auto locks the screen you wont know your food is cooked and the grill will turn off even tho i want it on to reach my next temp after wrapping in foil

I have a Galaxy S24 and a Pro Chef thermometer. It will not detect the charging case when I try to start monitoring. It works fine with any iPhone or iPad.

Try to upgrade from my Yumly smart thermostat to Ninja Pro thermostat and I'm disappointed the app needs more options and more details I'm sorry to see that being this brand I would expect something better

I have had my ninja woodfire xl grill for over a year now. I have smoked brisket, chicken, porkbut, and now a turkey. It has been a great experience. Everything has come out excellent. Moist and tender with the taste and smell of being smoked. I have used it to bake, air fry, and grill many proteins and vegetables. I am exceedingly pleased with my purchase of this.

Connection issues when connected via wifi and Bluetooth as well. I have to disable Bluetooth first, otherwise it connects but wont change the settings. The app is pretty simple, I would expect some automation features to be added, schedules , etc

Every time I go to change the temperature of the grill through the app it doesn't actually do anything. It looks like it's trying to save it and update it but it never does, I have to manually go in and change it.
