I made my first in-app order today. I've had the app for several years but always use it in store. Unfortunately, the 20% off coupon code requires in-app use even though it says you can use it in store and even gives you the 3D barcode. Upon using the app it became very cumbersome losing everything I had selected over and over. Including the table assignment which was still never corrected. The best part was when I went to pay that was cumbersome too. And then it charged a hidden fee..

What a mess. It is slow and cumbersome but on top of that it wouldn't accept my credit card becuase it said 03/30 was not a valid expiration date. It forced the tip amount, other buttons were there, just couldn't select them. It then offers me 20% off my first order but slaps a $5 service fee for online orders (not delivery mind you, pick up) I abandoned my 20% "discount" and this disaster of an app and ordered in store. It wouldn't even let me take screenshots for some reason

app is horrible, I created an account but when I go to log in it tells me something is wrong. Trying to reset password, the email never comes through (even checked my spam). When I try to create a new account it tells me my phone number is already used. Nobody at the restaurant can help me but says the can pull it up on their end. 10/10 app not recommended. food is amazing though

I have regular issues with this app. I'm unable to place an order because it requires me to choose from options that are not available. The prices are also not correct once added to the cart and trying to checkout. The cost of an item is easily double the amount it should be. I've contacted the developed multiple times and do not receive a response, and the issues are never fixed.

I used the address closest to my location, but when I placed my order, it used a favorite location that I don't even remember setting. I didn't notice until after I had arrived at the closest location looking for my food. Chipotle does this, too. Why not put the closest location on TOP and the last location on the bottom? Why would I bypass the closest location to drive across town? Double check the location before you order! I'm going to Firehouse Subs.

First time to try and use it. It let me put first order in basket, then would not let me place another. When I tried to restart it. It just buffered and said "oops, there was a problem, please try again." I've force stopped and uninstall/reinstall numerous times, still the same problem. Would be nice to use reward points, I really wish they would see the bad reviews for the app and change it.

Have been a customer for years and had the app for 2+years. Worked fine for 8-9 months with the rewards program for my purchases. However the rewards program has not worked for over a year now. I have emailed corporate when I first noticed and received some meals from them but, this pales in comparison to what the app would have given over this time. Don't bother with this app unless you just want to order online. That's all it's good for and even that fails sometimes.

Glitches ALL THE TIME, takes forever to order anything, and has repeatedly erased my coupons before I can even use them. Apparently, management at the locations I've gone to have mentioned the plethora of issues to technical support and nothing is being done. I often find it too difficult to order even when I want McAllister's, so I can't imagine what users who are only partially keen on the food feel when they try to order. Really needs improvement, and really needs to be a more pertinent issue for the company.
