Terrible. I'm logged in. I'm trying to select a ticket but it's not clear what the type of ticket means. Sometimes you click next and other times there's a tick in the corner. I then want to pay and it opens up a web page that you have to log into. Why does it not just work in the app? Not user friendly. I'll buy at the station so I know what I'm getting.

Tickets fail to load due to server error. All the time - I have a work iPhone and it's there too. Signs me out repeatedly. Useless. Update. Still worthless app. Cannot buy tickets REGULARLY. what's the point. If you're charging so much for tickets could you invest in your app. Yours sincerely, your ripped off customer. Update - still complete trash. Regularly cannot buy tickets for to unexplained errors.

Works most of the time, but sometimes I pay for a ticket, money comes out of my account, but the ticket does not appear in the app and I do not get a confirmation email. Thankfully, when the station staff see this, they let me through the barrier. As well as this issue, I often get "request cannot be made" errors whenever looking at live times

The app installs fine, but nothing actually works in it, it just throws an error, asking whether you're accessing it from a different country. I'm in London currently. Additionally, you can buy tickets on the website, but ONLY with delivery to the app, WHICH DOESN'T WORK. Positively useless.

Good app...when it works. It frequently logs me out just when I need to use it and sometimes has a technical error and won't let me buy a ticket just before I need to get on the train. More unreliable than reliable!

BUG: Critically failing to refresh My Tickets!! .. and very slow (minutes) to do Anything! 😕 Was working ok. Needs a "remember this" and the ability to put one thing into basket and another *before* paying. Otherwise just ok. The "cheapest" highlight is good, but it's often cheaper to buy 2 singles instead of a return, and this app does NOT help with this sadly. PLEASE FIX THE MY TICKETS ASAP! .. and make the ui respond much quicker!!

Switched to this app after the terrible update on the National rail app. This one works OK but room for improvement. Lost a star as you can't tap in/ out on TFL readers while it's open.

Since the most recent App update, the application is making noise each time I push a button, even if I search for a train, buy a ticket or just open the app. I turned the notification off, but still buzzing and makes a sound. Usually I know these things, but I have known idea how I can turn it off. 🥺
