WORST System &APP, I changed the password on the account, & now the system no longer works.. Tech Support has escalated the issue twice & no one seems to be able to figure it out. Lojack System has stuck on a location since September 14, 2024 & can't detect anything. I'd NEVER SUGGEST LOJACK To anyone. This was such a horrible choice to have installed. Since Lojack Techs cant seem to fix the issue, I've resorted to tracking my Acura with 2 air tags. Disappointed!!

Lojack app developer please add more GeoFence's, not just three. Installation is "worth it". App reminders get you "in for SERVICING", keeps your car optimal condition, consider LoJack fee's. You can easily have Lojack feature removed, it's NOT A PERMANENT FIXTURE TO YOUR VEHICLE, attached to the components in the car battery, if not happy have it removed. I like it, I really appreciate the security & piece of mind it provides me. Location accuracy is decent but delayed, not real time.

The app won't update where my car is located. You would figure with how expensive the system is there would not be a problem. Bugs like this make it a complete waist of money. Along with if you email them for help they don't get back to you. The customer service is some of the worst I've see in years. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Update I emailed them twice over a week ago with no response. I waited on hold for over an hour with no one answering. And no call back!

Not requested; dealer installed anyway. Features were mediocre at best and just duplicated most of my BlueHyundai features. No notice of termination at end of subscription; sketchy renewal website that will take $ but has no clear way of connecting subscription payment to vehicle device; super expensive! Will be removing so my dealership can't track me anymore (which, I'm sure, is why they installed it on their own dollar to start!)

This app used to work very well. For many many months now, it has not sent us any alerts. We don't get any geofence alerts, no service alerts, no speed alerts. Both of our phones received no alerts whatsoever, and nothing we have done can fix it. The app is now useless. And yes, we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and changing settings, and clearing the cache, and nothing works.

For a $500 gps tracker, it's trash. The geofence doesn't work, there is no live gps function ( you have to refresh it yourself) and it will decide if it will update the location, sometimes it takes up to 5 hours to get an update on location. The trip function is useless. It's just overall generally useless. Not worth the money. Not like I had a choice though.

Pros: the battery voltage indicator is nice. Cons: just about everything else. When opened, the app asks whether we like it, even though the user has yet to even use it. As others have noted, the location information is often hours old and tapping the refresh button seldom helps to update the vehicle's location. I don't know how often LoJack pings home, but this app/service is ineffective for knowing where your vehicle IS. It can only provide info about where your vehicle WAS.

Added LoJack to my Ram truck, due to a rash of stolen trucks in my area. Great peace of mind. Took the dealer forever to install, but once up and running with the app it was working as advertised. Liked the extra features like speed alerts, battery life monitor, recall alerts and others. Disappointed that you are limited to just 3 geofence settings, but it's enough. One for home, one for work, and one mobile for trip locations. Nice features overall.
