Trying out Spond to manage our clubs finances this season. Club management UX is unecessarily complex and unintuitive. Taken us many days to set up through trial and error. If users log into the app users will receive notifications through the app only. Terrible design choice. Give people the choice of how they want to be notified, don't make the choice for them! Many people ignore the 100s of notifications apps produce. We will see how it performs over the season....

The overall experience can be considered ok. However the customer support is absolutely shocking. For an app taking payment not having a call center or a customer service that does answer is not acceptable. Integrating Stripe to Spond can be seen as a good idea , but not having acces to Stripe front end is just plain bad. No refund no idea when fund are comin when initially setup,... It could be very good but it is not :(

repeatedly unable to install or login. gotta love the coders keep responding to the same installation fail complaints by saying 'thats not possible'. in your tiny narrow minds maybe. there is a web option which no one mentioned. the app is a complete fail.

Notifications are patchy so I often miss out on events. I've turned all notifications on in the app and in the Android settings. Annoying.

Easily the best app I've used. Period. I've been coaching for almost two decades, and have been searching for an app that does it all. Spond Is it! I love that they add the ability to create lineups too! I will gladly talk about any other app that is widely used, and while there are some good ones out there, they all lack one or two features. Spond is the only app that has it all!

bad performance !! since weeks on login with browser possible !!! after input user and password there is only a white site an nothing happens anymore ....

Good app just cannot change notification sound which is very quiet I miss some notifications 😕 not ideal

We've just started to use Spond and so far we're enjoying it! It is a clean, simple to use app! It would be nice if there was an indicator on the items in the Events list that shows your response so you can them all at a glance. There are filters but if you have declined shown then all the events on the list just look the same. Hard to remember/see your response without having to open each event. Nice variety of push notifications settings which is perfect! We strongly recommend Spond! :)
