November 2024: there is a glitch that makes it so you can't see when your game starts unless you tap on another menu and go back to refresh the game state. Please fix this as I keep missing full turns because it doesn't notify me that the game started by changing the image anymore There is also a glitch where opponent actions remove your menu so youre unable to concede

I came across this after learning about Star Realms. I think the app is great! You can play against the AI for free, and to unlock all of the features, ie, pass n play, online play is only $5. I think it's a great model for people who are interested, but aren't sure how much they will like the game. I'm new to the game and after a few AI matches, I happily paid the $5 to support them. Now I just need my buddy to play me in an online game lol

Really bad shuffling!! When playing the computer, computer's cards STACK colors together & NEVER shuffles the computer's cards. The computer's cards are ALWAYS stacked with BIG, same color cards at the top of the deck, with all of the low cards at the bottom of the deck. The creators need to fix the " non - shuffling" glitch and then this game would be Awesome! Also, when you claim a "base" it ends up at the bottom on your deck 100% of the time (not the computer though)!! Needs fixed!!

Based on a great card game so you really can't go wrong. Glitchy online experience at times, you must know to leave the game and then return to correct issue. While the leveling up system is compelling enough, an ELO rating would be cooler. It'd be awesome to see your opponent's rank as you play (not currently implemented because ranking is completely arbitrary). Please add the ability to chat! Would love to smack talk or make commentary with my opponents. This would make the app 2763% more fun!

In 3 different games now I am partway through my turn and the option to use my combat disappears??? In arena games, too. I pay them money to play arenas, then it bugs out and makes the game unwinnable because I have to chuck 13+ combat out the window. Can't target a base or the player. Also, the prices for expansions and whatnot are too high. Way too high, especially if I run the risk of a bugged game every play. Fix the bugs and lower the cost of expansions and I turn the 1 star into 5.

Generally well balanced deck builder with the ability to be very basic to growing complexity depending on how many decks you use. For me, the campaign is ok, but the replayability is in the weekly arena, where they are constantly trying out new mechanics and expansion combinations. The arena is free for your first playthrough each week, but the cost is pretty reasonable if you want to purchase more playthroughs.

I really like the game, just two critiques of the app: 1. Certain animations and sound effects have pretty off timing, ie scrapping cards from the trade row feels like it takes forever, but card synergies happen so fast I can barely process them. 2. It is very annoying that the AI doesn't just attack and end the game if it has enough to win. I often quit out during their last turn because I don't want to sit around for it.

Good, Overpriced. For $5 (base set) very little was added (a single campaign, no new cards). Mystic Vale & Ascension make clear what's unlocked and for cheaper. Expansions might be better, but once bitten, twice shy. Campaign is disappointing at times. Some "Challenges" boil down to restarting the match 30+ times until you get lucky and the AI might kill you before even if you get lucky (see Hard 1-1). And restarting is a pain. Gameplay is good, the free version is a 5*.
