NOT USER FRIENDLY: to access system buttons on the bottom of the screen (home, apps open, back) was to drag up an empty part of the screen where the buttons are completely hidden and a new user doesn't even know they're there unless they find it accidentally, then most of the time fast finger trying to do it & hit either reset sub level or the help icon instead of having them there permanently. Often I have to pull down push notifications to click on a different app because I'm trapped

Suddenly it takes forever to connect to the sub. Almost a full minute, not sure what changed, but for a quick adjustment up or down it's a little painful.

The SVS app refuses to run on my Moto G Stylus 2024 phone. Tech support have not been able to fix this issue. Be aware that their technology department is quite incompetent.

Great app for controlling your sub and setting up profiles. Very useful for making a "night" profile since I live in an apartment and need to follow the noise rules when it gets late. Makes it easy to switch modes. However it loses a star since I feel like the UI was designed by an Apple programmer. There's no reason this app should hide my nav bar and make me swipe up from the bottom to get to my back/home buttons. Boo!

Can't open app anymore on galaxy 20, says it's got a bug... Hope for a fix

Not very intuitive, needs a lot of work. Is slow to connect to subwoofers, takes forever to load controls! The presets are very limited and are not user friendly to save or load. Is not intelligent enough to say that Bluetooth is not turned on. Rather shows incorrect, fake subwoofer information! Switching between devices is crazy slow too. Volume takes forever to load.

It used to work. I really liked it. But now it can't connect and doesn't do anything. How long have I been cheated out of bass? It seems like I haven't touched it for many months and now I've just been playing some reruns and "where's the bass?" I just can't imagine what the problem is. I've fiddled with the parameters but it says "not in range". It's the same range as ever. 6 ft, I wish it worked. Can I return it? Swap for new one?
