Phone App freezes. No updates were available ever. App goes offline and will not go online, have to delete the app and reinstall it. When starting app on it takes me to browser to log in. I used to get to take photos with my camera and could upload media that way but now I cannot and have to do it live through app and if service is bad it takes forever and freezes( it saves the photos taken on app on my phone. A droid 15. Google Pixel 7 phone. Can you send me an app update.

I have multiple issues with this app but my biggest one is it constantly freezing. I have to use my camera to take pictures and then upload them to the app every time. If I try going through the app I can usually take 2-4 pictures offline or online before the app freezes. I like the idea of the app but it doesn't perform well.

Unless you have a stretch out thumb one handing it for a landscape picture while hanging upside down wont do. The cropped frame before taking pictures expanding capturing what wasnt on the crop portion. To many menus to go through before finalizing picture. The initial idea of invetion of an app is to make the process much easier for submital. Three step easy process that can be done with one hand. Especially if one is on a tower doing a closeoout.

This app is Trash (DUMPSTER JUICE). Unfortunately I have to use it for T-MO COP'S. It is extremely slow, constantly freezes up, can't take pics with the volume keys, can't delete unwanted photos, cant zoom in.... I could keep going but I'm not it's just an all around inconvenience. It does have potential but when people try to make an app (tool) for an industry they know nothing about it turns into a circus.

The app is not very intuitive or easy to learn. Updates are frequent but not overwhelming. Pros: It's a very secific toolset for documentation and data sharing. If you need what this app specifically offers, it's great. Cons: The use of different tenants is a brilliant idea, but poorly implenented. There's no way to upload videos and photos without a foreground loading bar. It would be great to see an update that allows the user to continue working while a photo/video is uploading.

Freezes up constantly and you're forced to back out and restart. I have to use it for work otherwise I wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy. Constantly having to update the app and the damn thing drains the battery and memory at an obscene rate. Because of those things I bought a brand new phone that only has the talonview app on it and nothing else. I take pics with the phones camera and then upload them to the app as this is the best way I have found for the app to run successfully.

Use it for work, and while it's not perfect in the user friendly category, it's options for developing and spread sheets are simple, that being said if this is something that you are planning on multiple people using the app consider involving everyone who will use the layouts to be included in the layout as well as a run through of the specific tasks and expectations. The more specific the details of the tasks and layouts are the better results you will achieve, an ex. Photo opt would be great.

I like the app but it needs an offline mode for taking pictures, that way when needing to upload photos but the service is poor, it doesn't take so long to work. ideally take all the photos you need then initiate the upload later when you have better service. overall it does what we need it to do but could have some improvements.
