Great deployment help from 360, we deployed across 400 players and 23 teams. Mainly use the communication pages and financial features for collecting membership fees, fines and ad hoc team expenditure. Has made it alot easier to communicate with the parents without involving our coaches and managers. Very pleased with our decision to deploy 360

This is a good app and following a recent fix and update notifications are working again. Good quick response from the dev, how it should be! The rest of the app is good and very useful. Only other thing I noticed with Google pixel is gesture swipes shut the app not complete the action of going back a page.

Missing lots of basic account management features for parents such as billing. For example, I can't see how to remove or update my billing details. Randomly and loudly notifies me for no reason whatsoever. Other similar sport apps are far superior, easier to use, and offer lots more features, including clarity of arranged events.

Not the easiest to navigate. Somehow I'm registered as a player on my son's team. I edited my profile to become a parent and linked my son to me. Now now I'm a parent and a player on this team. And my son is on this team with two profiles. There's no way to edit this. All I can do is delete my profile. And that delete is a 2-week wait process. My kids other teams use TeamSnap, I thought that was a slow clunky app, but at the very least, it's a little more user-friendly

Lack of response after payment issues, I was paying manually by debit card and then after not agreeing anything a payment has automatically been taken at a different date I didn't wish to pay at, so paid twice within a couple of weeks. No response from e mail, no automatic payment agreed

The main issue with this app is a spam of notifications. Users with multiple children gets a lot of notifications. There really is a need to be able to config what notifications you get so you do not miss a mach calling because you are receiving so manny chat updates.
