It is very good app with lot of functions. Working flawlessly, we have two watches connected, we can track them independently, we can assign profile picture for each of them. Also for every contact in their notebook as well, so they can see it on their watches. Location is precise, notifications are on time and very informative. Video call working without the issue. This is much better than Canyon app.

Children device doesn't appear in aplication, even I receive new notification about device (online, offline etc).Aplication is updated. Also doesn't approve to scan QR qode or IMEI again because it says that watch already is bounded but you can't see it on aplication. Don't know how to solve problems

App paired the watch. Worked for a few days and now I can't see the watch in an app, but I can receive notifications. I can't see location or the settings. Tried to unpair, factory settings, nothing worked.

The app is designed to have all of the functionality you'd need, but its updating speed is atrocious. I get notifications of messages that don't appear in the app, then have to wait forever while the app reloads after I back out and go on again to try to force it to update. Also, my children will send me messages that I won't receive at all for long periods of time. I have made sure that the app is never put to sleep in the background, but still no luck. Super disappointing.

Clunky. The below applies to the kids watch. No way to delete text messages on the watch or at least from the app. No granularity of notifications (eg. ONLINE/OFFLINE notifications are a nightmare and cannot be disabled without disabling everything else too). Menus are "multilingually" translated. Often, the recipients' names are a random string of characters. Watch battery lasts one day. Watch user cannot send text messages, only voice messages. No MAC address (doesn't work with MAC filtering)

The app does not show the location of my child when I click on refresh. The sim card has data and everything is fine but live tracking is impossible. It sends location completely random at certain timepoints which is pretty useless if you want to know the exact location at a precise time. I'm guessing that all pings go through a server which is very slow in which case no app update will be able to solve the issue. Very disappointed!

Horrible application. When typing messages it processes a lot and typing isn't fluent and letters are being skipped. I am not sure if there is something processes typed letters in the background and sends them somewhere (mainland) or what. Another thing is, when kid adds another kids watch, it is impossible to delete that contact. You can only delete contacts entered via app. Movement tracking isn't precise, it skips from point to point, but that may be due power consumption.

If the watch is making a video call, the phone doesn't ring. It just gets a push notification from the app. This makes incoming video calls really easy to miss on the phone. I've double checked, all the app permissions were granted. Noteworthy is that while the watch is making a call, it itself is playing a ringtone the whole time waiting for the video call to be picked up. :) This makes usability of watch -> phone video calls really bad, which is something to keep in mind if planing on using data-only cell plans. Hopefully, this can be resolved in an update.
