Buggy app. Not realiable. Updated prescription is not available in the app. Also, never make any online payments using this app. My recent experience of payment debited but appointment did not get booked. Not even trace of the transaction or appointment in the history. Call centre simply redirects to the respective branch instead of resolving the issue. Hospital branch number shared do not work. Tried calling couple of times but no use. There is no clear cut customer issue resolution.
