Just awful. Not reliable. Every time you want to check a camera or record it crashes. Lowered my original 2* review to 1 as it does all of the above but now freezes after a few seconds making it useless.

This App used to be phenomenal. Suddenly lately, I can connect to the cameras from local lan, but not remote, all ports are open and i can connect to everythung via the website, but the app refuses to connect to my cameras now. Gets to 19% and dies. Seems the latest update changed protocols used. Adjusted those and seems to now be working. As of July 2024, removed access to protocols and now neither live or playback works from remote.

Clunky app, not user friendly and often drops the cameras. Video push Notifications are instant but doesn't update in the app for half an hour so you can't view the camera immediately.

Have been using this app for our camera system for the past couple of years. The responsiveness is excellent. It has helped us stop several theives. Sharing with other logins is easily done. We'll done!

STAY AWAY FROM UNIVIEW PRODUCTS!!! This app has so many bugs and issues. Customer service is like a joke. There has been no adequate response or attempts to fix any app issues.

Worst app. Dosnt even do what it's suppose to do. Can only view on low at most times even when connected to WiFi at full strength. Can watch for about 15 seconds before it freezes. Some days it won't even load any camera on High Standard or Low. Waste of technology and cameras.

The app has not worked since the last update in July. Gets to 95% and stops, can't see anything through cameras now. Before July update everything worked fine. Tried everything to fix including uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck.
