Before I start to rating the app as I'm supposed to, I need an urgent attention from the customer support. I just purchased a second number (united states) from the app and when I tried to open a WhatsApp account with it, it's telling me that the number is not from united states. So I will need the customer supports to rectify this error as soon as possible.

From the preview I've been seeing vyke is a very good app but I still don't know why it takes time for them to send your verification code to your email.i haven't gotten my verification code and I can't access the app until I get a verification code but I haven't seen any.

I am editing my review to say that Vyke is an awesome platform. I had issues some time ago but the help desk was able to advise me and it was resolved. Yet, I would love to point out that Vyke should infuse the feature that allows sending of pics via SMS. Also, other payment means should be included to ease purchase of number, renewal and bundle buying. I'm rating 5-Star. It would also be nice if one can make payment directly via bank transfer

I just paid for the three months US phone package, which I intend to use to register a business Whatsapp, so that I can be able to communicate with my business partner overseas but right now I can't because it keep showing me that the number is not valid in the country USA.

DO NOT BUY! CALL QUALITY IS APPALLING! You won't hear a thing, they choose the cheapest routes that just don't work! Sounds like someone from China is calling when in fact it's a UKtoUK call. The app looks like it was made for Android 1, it's ugly and there's no functionality. This app has NOT had ANY new features for YEARS! You can't even block numbers or keywords so if you get a number that has been spammed before then too bad, you'll get spam with no way to block them. PURE GARBAGE

They have increased the rates and before per year for UK number was $15 and now it's $20 per year. Very worst policy. They didn't even mention or prior notice about the price increasing. I am very disappointed with the new prices of the numbers.

It's so pathetic that you will buy a number and can't use it for the reason ( Whatsapp)why you bought it . How I wish there is option for zero Star. Total waist of my money. For over 1 week now I have been trying to activate Whatsapp and I'm not getting any codes
