Tried twice to order food through the app. Both times I was unable due to what I assume are bugs. Last night, it told me my phone number was already in use. Meaning the app took my number into it's system at some point. When I tried to go back to use my number to log in that way, the app just wouldn't go back. Even after force closing the app. Brought me right back to the same screen. Can't be bothered with it when there are other food options around.

This app is messed up. I had never had a problem with it previously, and I should've come here and read the reviews to see that someone else had the same problem that I just did. The damn app kept showing some goofy error that made it look like the order didn't go through because my card was over some limit or something. It placed several orders and I didn't realize it until it was too late to call the store and cancel them. NO MORE USING THIS APP!!!!

The app was working great ever since I installed it months ago. Over the past few days it doesn't work. Specifically, when I make my selection for a burger or sandwich, the toppings options fail to load. After finally getting an order together while compromising on the toppings it would not complete the order because it returned an error that something was wrong. Ended up having to call it in. I won't go into the restaurant during this pandemic so the app is important to conveniently order food.

Tried placing an order through the app. it wouldn't let me check out. I went to the restaurant and ordered. the General Manger took my order and he put my number in the tablet, said my number didn't exist. He looked at my phone and realized it was in the in the app. I didn't get points for my order. when I got home deleted it and downloaded it and now it's stuck on entering my number. The app sounds good if they get the bugs out.

Rewards are good, but so many glitches dump the whole order and you must start over. There's a tip option, but it says mine doesn't accept them, then empties my cart. Same has happened when I ordered onion rings, it said unavailable (which the restaurant confirmed was wrong) then start over. Having to start ordering all over again makes me consider going elsewhere

The app will not allow me to log into my account anymore. I downloaded the new app, and when I tried to login, I kept getting the error message, "your session has expired, log in again." It's not nice to waste people's time, folks. Before publishing apps, test them, please. Lots of places to buy burgers out there, so generating animus in potential customers is not wise.

Previous one-star review reporting that I was unable to install on Pixel 7 (due to "invomiatibility") somehow disappeared, but last night an install button finally appeared next to this app in Play in the "Library" tab (due to the app still being on my Pixel 4a). Initially couldn't connect to network but a short time later was able to log in and my rewards points carried over effortlessly. Higher rating reserved until after I place an actual order. This fix should not have taken 4+ months

App isn't being well maintained. I try to place an order and on the last screen it tells me "something" from my order isn't on the menu anymore but it won't tell me what. Then it totally clears my order so I have to start over. So dumb. I've tried to order 4 times now today and it won't let me. This is an unacceptable coding error and it has been going on for a while. Update your online menu or update your code to be able to deal with missing menu items. No reason to totally clear my order.
