Clients don't complain. But it's lacking in features for the stylist and receptionist. Scheduling shifts and time-off for employees is a hassle. It has to be done individually. The app does not allow auto-fill and "remember me" does not work, I have to fill in all 3 credentials to log in every time--it logs you out after a long time of inactivity. Not satisfied, but it at least it still can get the job done and salon owner is not willing to switch to different software.. 🙃

Edit: the new Rosy pay is a constant problem and you can't get much help outside of business hours. Everything is great when signing up, not so much when already in use. Also,the app says it was updated on 2/23 and today is the 2/19. This is a mess. Super easy to use. Having to log in to refresh tickets is not a huge issue and I assume it's related to security. Would be nice if schedule integrated with Google calendar. Will it be available in the future? The sooner the better, for me.

If I could give this app a zero I would. I haven't been able to log in for almost two weeks now, the desktop version freezes constantly. My bosses have been trying to get these issues resolved with absolutely no luck. I've never had to work with such a useless app in my entire life.

completely useless. does not work. it has the same look and feel of the web version. this just seems to be a pass through of yhe web site. don't waste your time. Every time I hit the home it logs out. can't scroll to more the calendar.

I've tried three times now on different days and when I go into use the app, I always have to sign in first. Which is annoying because I don't always remember the info without looking it up. Also, it just freezes and I can't use it....at all!!!!

I have been using Rosy for over nine years. I have been through some very challenging times with them , but just too lazy to start over with a new company , the staff are always helpful when I am able to get them on the phone ,and I agreed that it's very time consuming and frustrating to impute my login information every time I need to login, there was a time when I could login into my account just one time, my schedule not not always show my availability.

I am frustrated I can't make notes as my client leaves the salon to keep record of his /her haircut. Or haircut changes. Would love for a receipt to print out Everytime checking in a guest with the date and time of last haircut and any changes that were made. ( Even if the notes stay the same it's nice for other barbers or stylist to know Incase I'm not there myself to help my teammates or cut the guests hair myself ) also it's no longer free and that's a no for me dawg.

Love the software but the app is a struggle! It gets stuck and is not consistent on how the platform works. I would love for them to really work on this. For now I have desktop version but an app would be great too.
