"There has been an error playing this video" Livestream doesn't play any longer. Tried freeing up loads of space on my phone and reinstalled the app a couple of times. Nope. Still doesn't work. Sort it out! 9/10/18 Trying to watch this in France (where the current WSL CT event is taking place, sic). No can do. Lovely error messages though. Still absolutely nul points. It's a shame. A year or so ago this was a useful app. And, NO I AM NOT GOING TO WATCH ON SPYBOOK. !!!

Such a bad upgrade. I cant think of one thing about this that is better. Almost everything is more gltchy, less user friendly, and more annoying. The highlights options are now a joke, its like they are trying to force you to watch it live, to get any footage at all. The live feed is super glitchy, gets stuck on rrwpeat constantly, and just stops randomly, especially after the ads Im so dissapointed in the direction this has taken

Some points of attention: - When leaving the app the video stops working on return. Start over again. - Need a better internet connection than other apps for playing videos in the same resolution. Same resolution can play with less internet speed. Fix it. - Video crashes if lack of connection speed (see also above remark). - Make it possible to go to next heat when in full screen. - Don't broadcast winner of event on home screen. Don't spoil it.

This app needs a serious fix and here's a suggestion. Give a 10-20 sec grace period on ads. I understand 30 second videos when you open it up , but it's like its rigged to force you to watch it over and over. If you accidentally go to another tab even for a second you have you have to watch another 30 second ad. If you try to go full screen and accidently touch the ad you open a new tab and have to go back and watch another 30 second ad. This can lead to watching the same one like 4 + times.

The app is better. Than before. Casting still stutters. So I watch WSL on YouTube. Works perfectly. What's wrong with WSL app's basic video feed? The actual broadcast. When it breaks away for local TV adverts I get . . . Nothing! Often I get bored and go to watch something else. Why can't you click to see the swell and wind predictions are for the rest of the current contest window period? Why can't I just queue up yesterday's heats? I've got to go one by one!

Good app, however i believe an oversight in the developers department. When I click on the fantasy tab at the top left, it takes me to the account settings, then I have to click on the tab on the right within account settings, and then it takes me to the fantasy page. So the link is wrong in the app I assume. Edit; still hasn't changed after update

There's is so much to dislike about this app. From the constant advertisements that reset and you have to watch again if you switch out of the app and back again, the fact it seems it's just a web wrapper, not a stand alone app, to the clunky user experience design. (I am a UX designer). The final nail in the coffin is WSL's decision to now have trans athletes destroying women's competition. This is probably the most disgusting thing for me. Women's surfing is for women. I'm out.

Could be great, but waaaay to many ads. The ads are too long and the same ads play over and over. This does not add value for anyone, not the users and not the brand. Make it one long form ad per day and show the brand's logo or very short clips the rest of the time. I understand the app is free and advertising is required, but at least be reasonable..
