Still no fix since my last update! As a season ticket holder i have to use the app often and its horrible! Update: the previous issues were fixed the last yr but now the issues are back with this new update and the app is constantly crashing. Horrible update! Everytime I login into the app to view my season tix, it's telling my i have no tix to view, so i have to logout, close the app, re-open the app and log back in to the app. Then when I try to sell tix, it wont let me get pass the "Set ticke

Edit: Nov14: Live radio brodcast will work now if you dont power down your screen. (Edit: Started working tonight (Nov. 7) for about 5 minutes then stopped and started playing an off air sports talk show.) Live game radio stream only working in spanish. I am 70 miles from the Arena. I also had all permissions on and my location on. Gave it two stars because I enjoyed all the stats and videos but the main reason for use is to stream the game. If you can fix this I will change my rating to 5 stars

If I didn't need the app to get into the games, I would have deleted it already. Apps are supposed to make things convenient for the end user but you have just created more of a headache for me and forced me back to using the PC to resale tickets. Why would you think removing the options for seeing what's selling in specific rows, removing when I can choose for my tickets to stop selling, and how you price amongst other things was a good idea? Seeing an average selling price tells me absolutely nothing. Not knowing when my tickets are going to stop selling or how many tickets have sold in my particular row and for what price. Stop taking away our seller options!!!! I'm not listing through your app anymore and I'm going back to the pc where I have options and data where I can make educated pricing decisions. Sorry I updated!

I have been watching heat for many years. I have to say they are doing very well in their games since the playoffs started. Kudos to the team and coaches. Keep up the good work. A billion dollar franchise and possibly the worst ticket app in all of pro sports. Glitches, blank pages, you name it etc this app has all the problems ever. Miami HEAT, please don't reply with we're sorry just update it, contact heat mobile etc. It sucks, Don't even bother!

I wish I could give this 0 stars,this is app is TRASH!!!!!!! It shuts down every 5 minutes so I have to close app and reopen and it still won't play. I will never download this app again😠

I mainly use this app for the scorecard widget, but lately it hasn't been working - just showing "loading scorecard" and never actually loading.

I can not get the Heat app installed on my phone. I even had Heat personnel try it. I should not have to get a new phone to get the Heat app since all my other apps work.
