Terrible app, it doesn't provide direct message notifications, which I rely on for updates outside of the centres generalised timeline updates. This has been raised with the Xplor creator MANY times and not just by myself, yet the same old reply, with NO active efforts to rectify. Extremely dangerous

The app is really useful and easy to use. It seems some of the functionality in the iPhone version is missing in the Android version. On my partners iPhone she can press an image added to a notification event (health journey) to expand it but on my Android I cannot do this and so the image is limited to within the little circle and really small with no way to either extract it or enlarge it which makes the image rather useless because it is too small to make out anything.

Notifications are all or nothing. Cannot deselect just notifications about sunscreen or water consumption. Buttons show as if you can toggle individual topics on or off, but they dont work.

After a year it seems this app isn't improving. Please fix download issues. It's your server that is the problem. Two photos every 10 minutes. Absolutely dumb.

The app is okay, I find the longer the day goes the slower the notifications come through. I can pick up my child, will be having dinner and I will get a notification that his nappy was changed 4 hours previous. Also the new way to view photos is absolutely awful. Pictures are tiny, so hard to zoom into, can't save or like individual photos. Change it back. There's not one positive review about the change.

The app overall is generally good to use. However, the change in the way we see and download photos has gone from good to awful. Photos are smaller and you csn't zoom in. You also can't download individual photos or videos. I only want to download photos and videos of my child, not 20-odd photos of different children! Please change this functionality back so we can download selected photos and videos, not all of them.

Loads initially, but if you don't fully close out of the app and reopen, it will just hang on the loading screen for any new notifications. Videos are unable to be viewed on my Samsung or Google phones, seems to be made for IOS and retrofitted (badly) for Android. Latest update shows the photo updates even smaller and can no longer download without going to the website dashboard and literally right-clicking instead. Infuriating, when the updates about my baby are meant to feel good.

As a parent. I've found this app almost invaluable for keeping tabs on my child when at childcare (thanks to the educators doubling as data entry specialists). It's also very useful to get an idea as to what my child might have grown to like/dislike while I'm unable to be there and for receiving updates from the childcare itself. It'd be nice to select individual photos for download rather than all of them at once
