Works, most of the time. Missing a critical feature: being able to override the silenced ringtone for when the watch is misplaced in the house OR a "find my watch" that makes the watch ring or make sounds at FULL volume regardless of the volume setting. It's in a child's possession for the majority of its life it's going to be missed placed within the house. GPS location is great but not when the accuracy isn't within inches.

In the beginning, the setup was extremely difficult. You can't just call the Customer service, you have to go back and forth with emails. And now that I want to cancel the subscription, they are giving me the run around wanting all kind of proof and information. And again, you can't just call Customer service. Horrible experience

Im very disappointed of the app and watch. Bought X5 play. Gps tracking works with big delay. Live tracking does not work at all. Application is far from perfection. When phone lose connection to cellular data application shows error message and waits for user to press ok. Bravo! That's what users with weak signal wants, right ? But the most annoying is that app kicks you off after some period of time and you have to enter phone no and password again. Again !!! What the heck guys?

Such a poor app. It needs so much work. Every time I click out of the app I have to sign back in. It's not very conducive to being able to jump in and communicate with your family member in case of an emergency or if they need something. it keeps saying that I've been signed in on another device when I'm the only one with my telephone number and password. We need something more reliable to be able to communicate with the watch.

The watch is ok for calling & tracking but the app is horrible, esp the texting & alarm features. The messaging interface is terrible. Words don't get separated automatically & you have to scroll to get to recent messages. For alerts, if I'm able to enter an alert, it goes to the next day so I have to go back & reset it, if I notice, which I didn't at first. Now I know to check. The app often doesn't update or sync w/the watch & there is no obvious way to refresh. & notifications aren't reliable

I haven't had any issues, except if I need to contact someone it doesn't give me US option. The app has had accurate GPS tracking, notifies me of any calls and messages. Once it a while it says something about lost network but only for a second and it connects again. Overall pleased with the app, I know they've upgraded it so I think people should give it another shot. We have 2 guardians set on the app and had no issues connecting our android phones with the QR code.

Asks for a lot of unexplained permissions. Does not allow to paste into verification code fields. Message notifications do not dissapear when you have read them. New messages do not appear in the opened chat. Images received have a wrong aspect ratio. Images send are hard cropped. App has ads! Missing messages in app! Overall very poor performance of the app.

It is difficult to imagine a more unintuitive interface and mode of operation. Issues are too numerous to list. For example I'm presently infuriated by the fact that this app won't let you log even after you reset the password, and it won't you register a new account because your details are already in the xplora system. Another glaring issue is that this software does not alert the user about the text messages on time and it takes a very long time to sync the watch location. Stay away.
