As a regular Yango user, I’ve dealt with double-charging and poor support. When the app wasnt showing cash payments as an option I paid cash but was still charged on my card Why are your cash payments unavailable at times Support refunded me once but refused when it happened again, calling the first an 'exception'—something they failed to disclose the 1st time BEWARE of adding your card. Theyre still trying to charge my card for a trip i already paid for Very sketchy and very disappointing

This app is pretty good, but it could be even better with a few additional features: 1) A comment option for riders to provide additional information. 2) A tip option where the app doesn't deduct money from the rider, which I couldn’t find, even though it was mentioned in a recent update. 3) A scheduled ride feature, allowing users to book rides to specific locations on specific dates and times. This could be displayed in a "Scheduled Rides" section for drivers to view and accept.

I wouldnt have given the two stars realizing this app has made traveling so much easy but the recent hike in the fairs and the constant 1X surge has made me give it two stars. Along with this the cab drivers are always 10+ mins away from my location. At first they would be close and traveling wasn't a hassle but now I might have to shift to other options if the fairs aren't fixed or catering to the salary class.

Over all it's a good service, fair is normal but needs serious improvements in APP. The map is really slow, not updated as compared to indrive. App loading time when start is also a concern, sometimes the bike riders accept ride while on other route and call backs to customer to cancel it which is also frustrating.

This app really needs to fix its stop option. The driver always has an issue in their app with stops it only shows the destination and no stops or stops on the destination. Wouldn't like to use this app anymore after recurring bad experiences.

Kindly give drivers access to see the drop off location. They select the ride without knowing the drop off location and ask to reject the ride after hearing the location. This has happened a lot of times now. This waste both customer and driver's time. Thank you.
