App doesn't work or run smoothly. Everyone in my household has tried downloading this app and using it it never loads it takes forever repeatedly times out won't sign people in even if your info is correct because it just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning until it times out. It takes me hours to pay my rent once a month and it's ridiculous so forget trying to check balances or anything like that.. I hate this app

App is inconsistent on letting you login, often just spinning a loading wheel and never loading. This could happen at any point, between entering your username, your password, fetching your balance, when you click make a payment. And if it starts, you have to close and open the app and try again, praying it will work this time.

It was not easy to setup my account and the UI is very poor for providing information on your account or payment status. This month was the first auto payment using this app and I ended up paying twice my rent since it did not show me that the auto payment was being processed. The rent was not taken from my chequing account on the 1st and I didn't want the rent to be late so I made a one-time payment. Turns out it takes ~3 days to process the payment but that would have been nice to show in app!

I've had a rent cafe account for over 20 years dealing with multiple landlords. The app is a great way to manage my account on the go.... when it allows me to log in. I have such intermittent success with the app telling me my password is not correct most of the time. when I go to the website either with my computer or phone I have no trouble logging in with the same information that is being put into the app. Wish it worked more.

It was difficult for me to set up at first, but the employees at SR APARTMENT made it less stressful to set up by helping me! After the initial set up, it became very convenient! Why? No more running around looking for cheap money orders! Also, no more hoping some check I forgot to record doesn't come back to bite me in the form of a bounced check setting off a negative chain reaction. I love it now!!

Great option to make or split payments. You can make a payment directly from your bank account. If you don't feel comfortable using your banking info, in the app, you can enter your card information. The fee seems a bit high, but the convenience is available if you need it, and this app is reliable.

More convenient than manually handing over a check to your landlord every month, but the app is uncomfortably slow. Also, it will sometimes just not work or act like you didn't pay your balance, even though your bank account has already been charged. Issues are noticeably worse around the first of every month (when everyone is paying their rent), so it's likely an issue with their servers.

This app is the most miserable experience I've ever had with an app. It shows a negative balance when there is clearly money in the account, it takes FOREVER to get it to open if traffic is heavy as apparently the servers are inadequate for the amount of traffic, and it just plain doesn't work most of the time. It needs a lot of work upgrading the app and the servers to make this work, but I don't think the creators care. It has great potential but it is wholly inadequate as it is now.
