Terrible App! Now that I see so many poor reviews, why has this app not improved?? I scan the QR code, install app.. open app, then try pairing to the box, and it can not find box DESPITE the fact that I just scanned. There is no manual entry either. I am so so frustrated right now. I may return this litter box if something isn't figured out.

Handy, but with 2 big issues: 1) app doesn't give push notifications unless opened manually, as mentioned by at least one other review 2) we need the ability to set the minimum amount of time that the device considers a "usage" a little lower - currently my cat will climb in, pee, and be done, all in around 20 seconds, and it doesn't register as a use, doesn't record it in the app, and doesn't trigger the auto clean.

Doesn't give notifications unless app is manually opened. Weight monitoring is iffy. My cats frequently poke their heads in without using the box which results in a low weight reading that can range wildly. Accuracy is also an issue, as the same cat gets a range of weights +/- 1lb but anything more than .3 pounds difference is presumed to be another cat. Functionally the litter box works well. I like it better than the litter robot I've used in the past and it takes up a lot less space.

I was getting network errors where it logged me out and it wouldn't let me log back in. It even dropped my device from the app. I contacted support by email and they responded right away. They had performed maintenance on the app. Now I am having no issues. I am getting push notifications and everything is working like it should. I am very happy with the product and with their customer support.

the app so far is pretty good. What would be nice is if there was a way to alert that, I added litter to the box. also a way to delete a cat entry when the cat didn't use the box. my cats like to stand on top as well as interrupt the cleaning because they are interested in uts happenings. 😆

I like that I can see how often each cat goes into the box. The app is easy to use and understand. No issues.

it will ask you which cat was just in the litter box after the cat comes out. By the time you get to it there's no cat around. it would be nice to know when they go in so we know how to answer the questions.

I have 2 meowant devices. After installing both devices separately, l can not just check usage or change any setting on the individual litter box, l have to go through the entire setup of each individual litter box after l uninstall the AirPet app. l should be able just to select the serial no. of the litter box, l want to check.
