The worst app ever, it crashes, randomly clears your cart and sometimes just displays some lines of code. Can't even order on an app that does just that. You are better off using a third party delivery app.

First time I make an order, and it's incomplete. Want to talk to support, but I am sent to a website that doesn't even have something specifically made for such situations, so I am not even sure they will do anything about it. One of the worst first time experiences with an app.

Worst app ever, logged me out 3 times before I was able to launch an order. If you close the screen, the application logs you out and saves nothing. Had to take a screenshot to save the order number. Wanted to see rhe menu, it opened the browser, I did not install the app to open the browser. Absolutely horrible app. How has Playstore not deleted it yet I don't know. Update: it's so broken now you cannot place orders

Very low effort app. We need favorites too easily add to the cart. A structure at least similar to what you have in the in store ordering machines (not that those are too good either). Search is useless. Try searching "Gara" see if you can get to "kfc Gara de nord". Increased my rating from 2 to 3 stars for introducing Google pay. If it would also work I'd give 4 stars.

Okayish offers but the app doesnt work 90% of the time, sometimes I even need to reinstall it to work. Please fix it.

No sync with web. Can't see adresses saved or past orders. Ordered on the website (worst order experiece ever in 2024, experience of 2010 website.) and needed to cancel the order after 2h, since it was not picked up. Money blocked of course. Won't order again.
