Internet required for operation. App works great if you have Internet, Network Exception if you don't. For an app that controls devices used in remote locations and/or during power outages, having the need for Internet to operate is a horrible choice. Even using Bluetooth requires your phone to have a signal. Without this, your power station that this app controls is at whatever settings you had when you had service.

Good on the whole, lots of features and smooth operation, but the app doesn't auto refresh the graph until you return to the main screen and back. It also doesn't have the user manual or help guides for the Superbase V, and numerous controls have no explanation, so it can be a guessing game.

The app is ok. One thing that's an issue is the "Time until empty" value. If the display on the device shows 1.4 hours, the app will show "14MIN". Also, earlier versions, in the SOC management, you get set a lower limit, but that disappeared.

Only works when online. Local mqtt broker? Forget it. If the device is offline - at night and battery at zero/low power - no stats for you. Having the app on the phone AND tablet? Forget it, only one device works. You have to login every time you use the other device or create a separate account for each device. Did I mention "account" ... you can't login with your account credentials at the zendure website, it needs another registration.

If I knew that I had to go into app every time I want to use generator I WOULDN'T have bought this . That's just ridiculous! There should be on/off setting for that or have a 4 digit pin . Like I'm going to remember a long password .

stopped working screen frozen. Uninstalled and re installed, same frozen screen. I cant believe they want to charge money for this app after one year of free when free doesn't work.
