Slow, crashes or logs you out in middle of using it. Have to use this terrible app for work. 11/13 update. Still sucks. Logged me out twice in 1 minute while using at work. 11/17/24 still slow and glitches. Now sometimes it will only show a clients first name and become useless. Cant clock in or out, check notes ect.

Useless on phone. Takes too long or never opens any module selected. This is not a quality application. The web version isn't much better. Too many glitches and too many steps to accomplish the simplest of tasks. Not good for any business.

I would give 0 if I could. This is the worst app. I have ever used. Have to delete and down load almost every time I open the app. That is just not what you look for in a employment app. Can't check my schedule, clients, anything unless I have time to reload everything's I need to look at it.

Doesn't work well at all. On Apple iPad prefer to use the browser version instead of app. App is terrible on android, payment function broken.

The app keeps logging me out, and it crashes constantly. The interface lacks features

Takes forever to load, and has frequent crashes where all you can do is force stop and reopen to get it to work. I can't even see my hours worked for the week without having to wait for payroll to be completed. Not a helpful or productive app. Very limited information available to the user. Fix the freeze ups already!!

Zenoti is trash. You've forced cost cutters to switch to your system and it is absolute garbage. I want to quit working here because zenoti has made the simplest tasks a 1000 click endeavor. It is over complicated, opens too many tabs, at one point while ringing a customer out, it told me to call a therapist. Not joking. Our old system was so much better. We all hate zenoti. We don't have time to be opening up a million tabs while dealing with customers. (Talking about desktop in our shop)

Hopefully anyone looking into using zenoti for their business reads these reviews. Super glitchy and not fully compatible with android. Using the app makes my job 10x harder.
