App doesn't work. No idea if I'm going to be able to get into the game. I get an error when trying to access the tickets. Then I go to their website and try to access them and their site is down. Tried on multiple devices. There is no support link anywhere. Good luck with getting into a football game at the stadium where text messages don't work let alone a poorly designed app.

Can't get my tickets to download on my Android. Nd customer service says they are having issues with app for androids. I've un-installed 100 times and no luck. Luckily my boyfriend has apple and I can get them there but very upsetting.

The app is terrible. Nothing works properly, I can't see my tickets, support isnt good, etc. this has been a terrible app for years, I don't know why it doesn't improve.

App won't let me in, says that my email address that I have been using for tickets for over 10 years is not in the system.

Can't log into my account since the 8.24 update. Says my account was deleted due to inactivity. I can log into the evenue site via browser?

This is a terrible app! Won't take my email & password. Even after resetting password! So then I was going to reset pw yet again (shouldn't need to and didn't want to) but no choice! So this time I enter my email address and the app says "not recognize any credential using this email. May have been deleted." WHAT??!! So NOW, I will have to wait until tomorrow to call and speak with someone there when they open! Unbelievable. And all this hassle just to download my 2 tickets to a game!! Terrible
