It can be a 5 stars app, but too buggy. The rewards are not easy to earn, you need to find and key in promo code everytime you purchase a ticket. The withdraw rewards option is there for show. You need to link a bank account first which you can never complete. It throws a lot of different error messages every time. Otherwise, I think the app is useful as you do not need to go to counter to purchase the ticket and you have different option of bus company to choose.

It keeps hanging, lagging, losing the details you keyed in. The functions don't work. Good luck trying to book a round trip. When you have gone through the ordeal and are about to check out, it decides that something has gone wrong, that you've entered the wrong passport details (we didn't), or the page hangs .... and you have to start over. This isn't an app. It's a colossal waste of time.

When applying time filter no indication that it is loading, leading to confusion. Even after the filtered tickets are loaded, upon scrolling, new tickets with unselected timing will still be loaded. The left/right swipe is also too sensitive especially towards the end of the ticket list. You will swipe to left/right by mistake and have to wait for the ticket of previous/next day to load before you can swipe back to the orignal date. Overall very bad UX. Latest version, internet speed 300Mbps.

Pure scam! I bought bus tickets through Easybook with 100% refund protection. However, I cancelled my tickets due to some unfortunate circumstances. However, I was unable to receive a refund because they refunded the amount to my Easybook wallet, but it was unable to be sent to my back account. I am unable to add my bank account for a refund. The apps are unable to add a bank account and can't specify a bank name. The customer service is not responsive. This is absolutely a scam!

Why does the seleection page have to be so sensitive, its just buggy at this point... scroll down to look at other time slots, then guess what? Bam, swiped to other dates instead, need to reapply filter and go through. Really dumb and inconvenient, we dont have to swipe to go to other dates, don't invent... The top button is enough

This is a pure scam! The app is buggy as hell, saying that the payment fail and ask you to book again. You receive one ticket by e-mail, you receive one invoice for one seat. But then, you are charged twice. You contact the support before the scheduled ticket and then they just say "ooopsie, too bad for you". Pure scam and poor customer service. Edit: you mean contact the support service that terminates the discussion when they realised they made a mistake or your useless bot?

Im a new user. This app is frustrating 1. Tried using the website, when applied the new promo code. it prompt " please wait for 30mins to use the discount code again" waited for more than 30mins. and still the same. 2. Applied via the app. when booking for the return trip. It prompt," please make sure seat count is the same for both" . Applied both departure and return both the same count. It doesn't let me onto the next page

If I could give them 9 stars I would. This is a scam company and I would suggest all to stay far away. The bus I booked never arrived, leaving me in the middle of nowhere at 1am having to pay a premium to make alternative arrangements, and it's been over a month and Easybook hasn't refunded me yet or even made any attempts to help me. They are simply a travel aggregator, so I suggest you to just buy tickets directly from the travel operators themselves and don't reward companies like this.
