After the "big update" I'm unable to even run the app. It instantly crashes when starting. So far I've tried to: Reboot my phone ,Force stop the app, Re-install the app, Removed cache and data and Reboot my phone in safe mode. Nothing works. Save yourself the headache and stay plastic. This has already been more than inconvenient.

Spams notifications, opens on adds, pop up add on the screen blocks part of the qr-code. Did I mention intrusive adds? Well, adds! And you can't screenshot qr code because it becomes obsolete in few days. They should make lite version of this! (Edit) Just updated the app, somehow it got even worse! QR-code is now smaller, which causes even more problems! Just a remind to devs, for most of us frank is the way to get government subsidies for meals and travels. Please fix that functionality!

Not quite there.... No dark mode. Phone number confirmation doesn't seem to work as instructed. Student status confirmation has a strange delay after registration. Edit: Phone number not mandatory, added one star.

Pretty well functioning app, but when choosing finnish as language you still have category tabs in swedish. Shouldn't be a big fix to implement, you guys just need to roll your sleeves and do it. Also, 2 marketing emails a day that you as a customer specifically opted out is not awesome conduct.

The new layout of the app is hideous. I couldn't find my student card from anywhere for almost an hour and couldn't figure out why. I have been using my card for 2 years, and there wasn't any kind of prompt saying that I need to reverify my student status, the card just vanished.

Constantly spams notifications which forces to disable them entirely for the app. Their answers to feedback are basically "fu, we don't care". Edit: And their answer proved me right. They don't give a f about their users or they would give us a way to control those notifications.

Used to be a decent app (with lots of issues) but doesn't even load up anymore. Wasn't a nice thing to notice just before getting on a train with a student ticket, had to buy another for full price because the app doesn't work anymore and do the one thing it was supposed to do. It's always been really buggy but went to unusable now. I guess I'll have to find another way to get proof of my student status. Edit: New update fixed the issue.

I only use this app to show my student card in restaurants, trains etc. And for that, the user experience is awful. App often shows a popup ad when you open it. After removing the popup ad, you see a list other ads that opens by default and you need to navigate to student card view. But my favourite one is the banner ad that hides my picture on the student card view :D Also, app logs you out every time you update it to new version. Using an old fashioned plastic student card is easier.
