Very pretty, but important things like car hire locations are not shown. No Avis or Hertz or Europcar etc. Selected T2D. There is only one in the "universe" of car hire and it seems to be a taxi. If I search using access then car rental it merely introduces me to Mr fly to book a new car hire. The only item in Transport is a service station (petrol station/gas station). Whatever I look at when I click on map it takes me to an overview of CDG and Orly! Not to the actual location. Limited use

The map is unusable, it is very slow and doesn't allow easy and convenient access to relevant information. As a passenger transiting through CDG, the app in it's current state is utterly useless to me. Il have to resort to using the PDF maps from the ADP airport.

Absolutely useless! This app did not even recognise Air France trans Atlantic flights. According to the website according to the website it was supposed to be able to guide you from one Paris airport to the other. I scanned my boarding pass it did not recognise my flight.

if i could i will give 0 but the system doesn't allow it. an airport application is supposed to give information about flights arrivals and departures but this one seems to give everything but info about flight make the app crashes very usefull i am sure that if i go to book a flight it will work (money collecting) will use flightradar or else app removed it as fast as i installed it

I'm a frequent flyer and subscribed to this application to benefit from high-speed WiFi at Paris Orly. It just doesn't work. I wrote the support service. No reply.

Poor accessibility to the information, not possible to find where airline help desks are located as well as updates about flights. Also app gets frozen very often. Useless app, not recommended for use. I would put 0 score out of 5.

Without a doubt, one of the worst airports I have experienced in my 250 or so flights. Just incomprensible, disfuncional, chaotic and no app can change that

Whenever I try to convert my points to Flying Blue it says the service is unavailable and when I try to contact them via the app I only get "error". I tried to have someone at Roissy help me, but they only know how to enroll people and nothing about the app
