The app is great though withdrawal of funds is something eslse as it requires verification of the hustle account. I have followed the due process to verify my account several times with no response if the verification process was successful or not. If this is fixed the app will be a game changer for us creatives.

Be prepared for very high incompetence, the worst customer service you will ever encounter. I have personally sent emails and Whatsapp messages daily for four days without a single response. Anyone with an alternative app, I'd personally like a suggestion.

Great App.. It allows you to chat directly with customer care either on WhatsApp or text message and they replay immediately. The app also have the bulk Sms feature.. This makes works much easier. You can as well refer and earn some cash 😉.

There is absolutely now way to contact their customer care, I've tried whatsapp, Instagram, their phone numbers. It's very frustrating since I can't access my vendor's account
