Ha, even trying to write a review it's telling me 'somethings gone wrong'. This has absolutely gone to s.... Try to log in once every 3 months or so, get the same error, realise I couldn't be arsed, then forget and rinse/repeat. More fool me. Used to be decent, now a shambles.

Of the three major mobile providers I've been with, I got the most out of 3Plus App, mainly the 3c/litre saving at Topaz and store discount vouchers, which are mostly 10-20% compared to the puny 1-5% discounts Visa has been offering lately. I've yet to win any competition, no different to Vodafone or Eir over previous years. The App loads quickly and getting the vouchers or competitions is simply a matter of touching the product icon. The only issue I have with the App is the 3Plus Parcels it randomly offers (e.g. free coffee, snack, etc) as they can only be redeemed at a Topaz Re.Store. The nearest Re.Store to me is a 106km journey!

This update is completely useless, keep crashing, already tried to use a single use code for Topaz, and the app crashed and now says I have already used the code, 3plus is supposed to promote loyalty, this version is doing the complete opposite, if it isn't updated soon I'll uninstall it (this app was one of the few reason I stayed a 3 customer) - obviously this app was not properly tested before it was released!!!! New version is a lot better and more stable, better layout too.

I am a new Three customer and I just created my Three account. When I try to log into the 3Plus app using my Three ID account credentials, I keep getting a message that "something went wrong - check your credentials and try again". I have tried everything: changed my password, check for misspellings.. Everything looks fine! I have already used these credentials for logging into the My3 app and they worked perfectly!

I used to be able to access all the offers, but no longer can, for some strange reason...have been onto three support several times for hours on end to get help to access, but they too had the same issues, unable to resolve the problem...so am left without the benefits of three plus...very very disappointed that no-one can resolve this issue for me 😞

I used to be with 3 in the past and loved the rewards it had to offer but I'm back to being with 3 and I cannot for the life of me log in! I registered today and tried accessing the app by logging in and it keeps on telling me something went wrong! Then it says 3 has a bug that needs to be fixed? A little help would be nice as I'd like to log in...

Great offers, constantly checking for freebies! It is a bit buggy when redeeming things sometimes. I once tried to redeem a free coffee, but when I checked my codes it was not there, and it wouldn't let me attempt to redeem again. Other than that bug it's all good

It's very slow. The navigation also makes no sense. What is the button with a + on it for? It certainly doesn't tell me that I need to click it to get to settings. The new badge feature also has no explanation of what badges are for or how you earn future badges.
