I had this app on a previous phone. When the battery swelled and didnt work, i lost this app. Looking through Play and not finding it, i took two others. Being very annoyed with them i went searching again! It had been years and i couldnt remember the name, but the icon looked familiar. Bingo! My comfortable friend is back! Comfort is needed in this crazy digital age!

I love this calendar. I can color each event as desired and it lets me see the month and day on a split screen or separate. Important tasks are in red print and very visible. When I add an event, it brings up the date for me to change. My old calendar always defaulted to today's date even if I was on another date. I never noticed because it didn't prompt for date.

I upgraded my phone from a Galaxy S3 to S7. The S3 system calendar worked well for me even though it was short on features. It had word wrap in decent size text for each entry on the main calendar. The S7 system calendar has a single line of small text that's almost impossible to read. This New Calendar (after paying $1.29 for add removal and unlocking additional features) has word wrap and text size change. Two things I really wanted but was unable to find in other apps. It synced perfect with the system app to import entries from the system app. For my needs NC is great.

Love love love. You can synchronize with your Google calendar, import and export data with little hassle and very responsive . Update . My phone updated and now the app was unable to recover any and all of my saved information and also was not able to sync any of my other calendars. I have no idea what happened but due to multiple issues in the past I had to uninstall this app to avoid future losses. Thank you for the time we had but it's time to move on.

I really liked it till recently. The widget only shows my calendar events for a couple mins after I exit out of the app and then it disappeares so I can't see what I have for the week anymore. Then when I click on the event I have it goes to a white screen. They have a couple big issues that haven't been fixed for a while. I used to love this app and I use it all the time

Yet another disappointing calendar. I tried to add a simple repeating reminder and the app randomly allocated same event to days unrelated to my specific repetition. The app also lacks ability to specify a repeat reminder for a particular day of the month (such as 3rd Monday or the 4th Sat of every month). So it's back to my quest to find a simple, effective and functional calendar - who would think it would be so hard! Shame as otherwise quite functional and simple.

I've used this for a few years without problems until the last update. Now my calendar is in (apparently) Russian instead of English and tells me of unknown circumstances I have not logged myself. I'll update if developers respond. I made sure the settings were correct and re-clicked my time zone. When I checked the calendar, it went back to English and erased all of my former entries. Thanks. Would not recommend.

They keep adding more obscure holidays. You can't delete them. So your appointments are crammed into leftover space. Also the text for important user entries is tiny and low contrast light green, cannot adjust it to black. Can't read it without clicking on that particular day. Time to switch apps.
