Terrible, just uploaded this app and it's terrible. Everytime you log in you need two step verification and even with that complete process the app doesn't allow you to sort out your trip. Definitely not worth it.

Terrible. Many times started the trip. It registered pickup and trip complete only to find out none of it went thru. Tells one driver not an authorized user so he can't get in.Doesnt pickup the addresses at lot of places and if you don't hit pickup where this app tells you your st the pickup place you can't start the ride. Sometimes ot says the address is a mile away still. So so many flaws to be worked out.Hopefull it will work soon.

this is horrible, I create my online account and when try to login is get the 2nd factor authentication but it will never get pass it. I tr8ed several axcount but nothing. this needed a lot of works

Amazing, it's a huge improvement since the last version! Now, if you leave the area, it starts automatically, fixing (kind of) the problem I had with lack of phone service. Little room for improvement from my end! I'm very happy with it!

I usually don't leave reviews but I cannot get no help nowhere with this app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it uninstalled it reinstalled it reset my phone multiple times and I cannot login 😞 the app has the bugs but today stop working and haven't worked since. But other drivers that drive for the same company that I work for app is working and it's really upsetting my day.

YOUR APP HAS TO BE REINSTALLED EVERY DAY TO WORK SEMI PROPERLY. FIX IT. DRIVERS GAVE TIGHT SCHEDULES A LOT OF THE TIME AND FIDDLING WITH THIS **MANDATORY** APP THAT CAN TAKE AS LONG AS **TEN MINUTES PLUS** TO LOAD IF IT LOADS AT ALL. THERE IS NO TIME FOR THIS NONSENSE!!!

Well... Attempted to use the app can't even sign in. It reposts a cycle of telling me the code I put in is wrong that is the code they text me for two factor indentification and that I am an invalid user. So couldn't tell you what's in the app... I couldn't even sign into it. Good luck.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I cannot log in. I thought it would be easier to request trips from the app but I guess not. Bad idea for an app. 😡
