Mostly great experiences. The app is well-designed and very intuitive, and the cars are nice with friendly drivers. So far the best ride app I've used in Denmark. We had to cancel one ride when the wait time went from 2 minutes to over 15, which was annoying. I also don't understand why the app asks for -huge!!!! -up to 300kr!!!!! - tips, when tipping is absolutely not a thing in Denmark. Those annoyances aside - highly recommended.

Unable to add a payment card and hence to use the app. After I verify it with my provider, a blank screen is given from Viggo and nothing seems saved on their side. I don't like Taxa, but at least it works

The app won't let me add a card (Mastercard) for payments. I authorized 3 transactions + one through SMS and when I go back to the verification screen, it's just blank. I exit it and no card is added.

Multiple attempts to get it up and running, always met with "oops, something went wrong . Please try again." If you can not get my name and phone number into the App, I really can't have a lot of confidence in the App.

Buggy app. Doesn't accept my phone number. The pop-up says that they "have blocked all requests from this phone number due to unusual activity. Please try again later." I have been trying for hours but no success. I'll have to look for another taxi company now 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not reliable for rush hours. I booked a taxi the day before to be sure it would be there. And then 10 min before the scheduled time I can see that the booking is canceled, no explanation. Not cool.

Difficulties registering: After entering a phone number, we receive an error message. This recurs with more than one number. Clearly, something is broken here.
