Used it for a few months,but they're thieves! Almost 4/5 times the car doesn't match the description, the drivers are smoking, and if a driver purposely drives further, the app doesn't refund you the extra charges. I had a driver who purposely missed 4 turns and emailed jeeny about it since they don't have any customer service on the app, and they never refunded me. Once a driver never showed up but I still had paidextra. I emailed them about it but never heard back. Please be careful using this

A bad experience of course, I believed that the company would improve their service but nah, they doubled the payment money when I reached my destination, regardless of the unprofessional behavior of many of their drivers who sometimes made me wait for a long time often exceeding 30 minutes ,and even cancelled the trip with the fee as if it was my fault, I definitely don't recommend this app at all.

I used to love this app, but unfortunately, I was banned for cancelations. I only cancel when the driver that accepts my request is too far from my location. They shouldn't allow a driver that is too far to accept the ride. I can't wait 20 or 30 minutes when I need to go to work. Sadly, I will be uninstalling.

The experience is great overall. However, one enhancements is needed: 1. It would be helpful if the platform mentioned the preferred language of the rider. Sometimes, communication can be difficult when the driver speaks only Arabic, and the rider is not familiar with it.

Pathetic service especially from the driver end1. I request a ride may be 5 times in last three days in Jeddah and in Riyadh and the response at both locations were pathetic from the drivers 2. Each time the app would show drivers are at 3-5 mins away from pick up but still the drivers would cancel the ride3.Reason was unbelievable, they wanted me to either book the ride with cash or cancel it and they will pick me up and pay them directly 4. Another driver clearly told he will charge me extra

The reliability of the application is very weak, there is no respect for the customer, and when communicating with the application, there is no response through the means of communication mentioned in the application. When communicating with me through Messenger, the way of dealing did not reflect respect for the customer and failure to acknowledge the mistake... I do not advise anyone to use the application.

Very bad app, price not stable and they charge you more if ride stay longer but not charge less if it ends before Not responding for report If you lost something, it means it's gone They don't record the number of drivers after finishing ride. I lost a bag and no one replied Also so much error I will pay more and never use this app

The driver was like drunk where he accelerate suddenly and break suddenly, many times he try to hit other cars on the other side as we almost finished the trip he drove very slowly in order to raise the trip cost and as we arrived he didn't finish the trip and spoke in very vulgar behaviour and though my staff on the ground and finally left without finalising the trip in order to withdraw more money from my credit card This is the worst experience ever I had with transportation app I will never
