I cant apply to any jobs because all of the job require me to at least work 5 times from the app. How am I suppouse to apply for job if I cant have experience? The jobs that I can apply requires car with I dont have. What a stupid system unlike Troopers Update: they ban my account after I ask about my salary (altough its a bit rude from me). My total salary of RM190 is easily avoided by them by not paying my salary

1. The job announcement does not refresh automatically. I have to manually refresh all the time. This is dangerous when you are driving. Please do something about this. And remove the jobs once its taken. 2. Why the job get cancelled automatically when the app thinks we r late? Confirm first with the driver. What if there is traffic on the road due to accident or road block? Why can't you confirm with the driver? I got cancelled out right after I pick up the order.

I facing the same problem as 1 of review on 27/05. No notification at all for any new job, only see 1 or 2 new job once in a blue moon, & just for a few seconds then stated "this job had been claimed". I can't even choose to switch on & off the notification mode, there is nothing I can click. Is there different setting between android & IOS ? Please enhance the apps & solve the problem as soon as possible. We are wasting time on it !

Couldn't even get past the profile completion stage. I've tried to make sure there's no glares, make the background white, make sure all the words are in focus, and make slight angle changes and still it said "invalid ic". What else am I supposed to do? Hire a professional to take the picture of my ic?! I've heard some of my friends using it fine but this 1-star is solely for the fact that I can't even get past the front door and experience the app myself.

Hi Goget team, This is about gogetter app development, 1-If you can change "search this area" button position and make it a small button under zoom in and out button then you will make our life easier, the reason is because i am using a big phone and in order to press on the searching button i have to use both hands plus my hand will cover the screen while pressing you can say it is the most used button in the app. 2 -provide a filter to show or hide the jobs which has (alcohol or pork)

The worst: 1. You want all time request to my location when it is only necessary whenever i used the app. 2. I cannot change the location to search for job and if there is a way, your interface has too much unnecessary button 3. No one is using goget, you gain money through people having to pay to the seminar.

First, the app keeps crasing till my phone is unusable. I need to force restart my phone but even that it still crash. Second, I've tried to reinstall the app but the download is stuck at 70%. Please fix this issue ASAP a lot of people are looking for income during this pandemic crisis.

Their profile checking process will never stop untill human extinction. I've uploaded my profile pic several times, and i made sure the pic was clear every single time, but they always rejected my submission, claming it's unclear. I have no idea what to do with that, perhaps their people only accpet beatiful people pic. Geez, terrible experience, absolutely the worst app I've ever used in my life.
