Really poor interface that hangs every time you switch from one section to another. I have to restart the app to go to another section.

From a parent perspective: Excellent app. Though it probably depends on how it is used by the caretakers. Easy to manage dates and request extra days etc. Also very nice to keep up to date of anything happening at school. And a good place to see pictures of your child having fun, especially if they make photos every day. The "review our app" functionality was (and still is?) broken so that might explain a lack of reviews here in the app store. I had to go here manually to leave a review.

Works okay, can be improved - though zooming in on a picture is possible, I often cannot zoom in where I actually want to look more closely, when I try moving to that location it moves back to the middle. I first need to download that picture to be able to do that. - option to write a message : who gets to see that message? Other parents? Only teachers? Not clear.

Hi! The application overall looks good and it's organized well but the lacking of a simple option like copy-paste makes it very disappointing for an expat. The journal entry cannot be copied for translation - the childcare being used by lots of expats, this function it's very useful, currently you have no idea what the caregivers wrote about your child. Same applies for Mailbox. The entries from My Child tab have no filter after date.

Looks decent now compared to old app. But still there are few things which is harder for users. Downloading photos is a plus but keeping all the photos together is helpful. Otherwise we need to scroll down endless to download old photos. Also there is no option to download videos yet. Good progress, hope it gets even better.

Biggest disadvantages: Slow loading of pics and often no loading of them at all (obviously despite having a perfect and speedy internet connection). Also, it is a bit frustrating that you need to keep clicking on the "Meer laden" button to see more/all pics that have been shared: I'd rather just be able to see them all right away when scrolling down.

Ok, but a bit difficult to use for photos. When saving photos, they don't have "date taken" information (in the JPEG metadata), so my gallery app thinks they were taken on the day I saved them. Which may be a week after the actual date. And you can't save all photos from a day (or even better - automatically save all, every time), but you have to save them one by one.

It does what it needs to, and it's easy to navigate. I generally like the app. BUT it's painfully slow. Logging in/starting the app takes longer than 10seconds, and loading an image after clicking on it takes 5sec, so a simple missed tap on the screen can cause major frustration. Also, when applying for multiple extra days of daycare, you clicl the "add date" button, and then you get to another page where you have to click it again to add the actual date. It's a wasted click :)
