While in the USA impossible to watch most titles. Lots of buffering and sometimes doesn’t play at all. Unusable this way. Used to work better. We have fast glass fiber optic internet, and can play FaceTime, live YouTube church broadcasts etc without buffering. The problem is only with the NPO app. All other apps works well except the NPO engineers seem to be incapable of making it work.

Apparently Chrome cast feature has either been removed or it has become faulty. The icon no longer appears even after applying my usual tricks. The ZDF app and Netflix still work, so it doesn't seem my fault. 😞

Many options are broken at random, like chrome cast icon not showing up. For multiple programs the seasons and episode categories are broken. More options are broken than working properly, main impression is that it is released without any testing or quality control. Low quality overall.

newest version doesn't display content full screen. bad tactical decisions to push an app that's only partly ready. daily updates.... Get it right first time and test....!

This went from being one of the most flawless apps on Android to then becoming so buggy it's nearly impossible to view anything or cast/I'm so relieved they fixed it. It's finally working again. Love the app. Thank you : *

Horrible!!! Before the last update the app functioned and could be improved in places. Now it has become disfunctional.. favorites are gone, watching a series is not supported go and search for the next episode. Resume playback is no more. Please please please revert back to the old app and finish development and testing before trying to release this again.

- the 'my list' funtionality was removed - please bring it back - on android tv , you cannot see the summary/description of a video before starting to watch it (including watching ads) - long term issue, also in previous version, simply add another 'detail' screen in between the list and the viewer. - doesn't remember subtitle toggle - if technically possible, re-enable the sections in the video timeline - annoying ads (political issue)

Can't load any video! Previously the app worked quite ok, although the chromecast integration was not working well all the time.. But since a few weeks it does not load any video anymore, except for the commercials when I am not logged in, these play instantly! I have restarted my S7 and reinstalled the app a few times, without improvement. Considering I have a paid subscription, this app behaves ridiculous and this situation is unacceptable.
