It's alright, not really using it too often so I don't have much negative nor positive to say about it, but the only thing they could add to make life easier for us normal folks who don't know all these fancy Latin words is a button next to them, that when pressed, shows the definition of it. It would also have been nice if HelsaMi and HelseNorge could cooperate so that I don't have to go back and forth to figure out when and where I got each different appointment.

GOOD: All in one place (or, at least that's the plan). BAD: Old and outdated design. Difficult to navigate menus. Messy UI. Not all info is in here, so that undermines the whole purpose of the app.

This app is useful. I receive the new messages from the hospital or health care office in good time. All my appointments are updated on my list that helps me to have a good control. I can just contact to the hospital or health care Office by sending them messages.

Update: With biometric login available, the app is much easier to use. In general, the app is good. But it unnecessarily requires logging in through Bank ID everytime. Bank IF should only be used to login once amd some other login methods should be available to use thereafter, like pin, finger print etc.

No place can I change my preferred language for app. My phone is set to English, but I want my official Norwegian health-app in the Norwegian language, because I have already discovered bad, or completely wrong, translations.

The app feels very unprofessional and unfinished. It's hard to find the information you want, and more often than not there isn't anything there anyways. Many of the menu options are just web links.

UI feels like a PDA from the late 90s. (IPAQ era). Can't switch language in-app, defaults to device language. Unusable menus, slow loading and little to no relevant content.

App animations are extremely lagged. Not sure why but I still have to log in to HelseNorge for some messages. App esthetic is very dated, looks like 1995 again. Example how public money is wasted.
