Slingshot so hard up they now have to include the credit card transaction fee separately. I changed my plan for $60. I have never experienced this charge separately. It's pretty shimmy. You maybe thinking, it can't be that much and you would be right. See the charge times the customers affected. Be transparent. The plan with other possible fees included. Don't be a company that isn't loyal to the customers.

Not working for me. Have emailed customer services and they have suggested that the problem may be my phone. I tried installing on my wife's phone but It won't let me log in. I thought I was the only one having problems with the app. Let Slingshot know if you are having problems with it and they may solve the issues

Accessing mobile phone section often hangs and slow to respond on first attempt Can you please redesign the summary page as its not intuitive, can you show what data / calls /text currently available for the month, and a total data rolled over availability. And maybe what's about to expire? Not multiple lines as you currently show with no real meaning or explanation.

Not a reliable app, some information in my account is incorrect & can't be changed. Called for support to change my info & now I can't even access the app, keeps saying loading & won't go further. I uninstalled app but the same thing keeps happening when reinstalled so i uninstalled it for good. I access my account now via Chrome from now on.

The Bad Seed

Absolutely terrible app, don't even know how to pay my bill now as the app has basically said I don't know any of my login details and I can't sign in on my browser You also said that our router was free but are billing us for it! cannot wait to get out of the contract and I do not recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to pay extra for things they were told they wouldn't have to pay for and then had it made even harder to cover your bill

The scan WiFi has dropped out of my support section for some reason so I can't check my WiFi connectivity. Not helpful

App was working OK, but I've now been logged out. When I try to login it takes me to a mobile web browser and gives me a login failed every time. I've tried to login on my phone using different browsers multiple times with no success. As soon as I go on my computer it works.

The app is useful for checking the bill, BUT I like to keep my phone clock 5 minutes fast so I'm always 5 minutes early. The app demands I switch back to automatic time or I can't use the app. PETTY AND POINTLESS MIND YOUR BUSINESS I CAN HAVE ANY TIME I LIKE ON MY PHONE THANK YOU VERY MUCH
