Very good app! One feature I would really need is a search by title. I have a lot of notes, so currently the search by text gives too many results. EDIT: Thanks for the quick response, unfortunately what you suggested doesn't seem to work for me, maybe I am missing something. In any case it's not very convenient to type title each time, but that's not a big deal if it's just me.

Exactly what I needed, after having tried many. The ssh repository option, plus the modern algorithm support, is very appreciated. Small things: escaping spaces in YAML values such as key: foo, bar, 'baz qux' causes the tag to show incorrectly on the list view (when you set the notes to show tags in the notes list). Having a "Move" option instead of have it within "Share" would be logical. Repo path is hidden (non-scrollable) in sync config. A displayed sync status or state would help.

I'm really loving Zettel Notes! Based on locally-stored, standard markdown files, Zettel adds a ton of extended features that turn it into a comprehensive note platform, complete with multiple encryption options, flexible sync with popular cloud providers, git sync, templates, and individual notebook repositories. Edit: Zettel Notes keeps getting better with each update! The devs really care about this app, and they actively work to make it the best notes platform!

Its so good I wish there was a desktop app. Zettel notes has replaced obsidian on my phone. I starts up ultra fast and has more than my basic needs covered. Besides rhe desktop app I wish for two things. Better compatibility with synchronization via webdav to pcloud, and a faster way to move notes into folders - let me search for the destination folder.

Not bad. In most of the cases I prefer it more than Obsidian. But when it comes to dealing with tables....please take a look on how editing a table is done there and implement something similar, because for now, in this particular case, you can't compete....

This is _the_ android app you need if you use Zettlr / Zettelkasten, or you need a Markdown journaling / note-taking app. Sync with Dropbox and Git is straightforward. Thank you for providing this useful and functional app. I'm looking forwards to seeing how it develops.

Might be my fault; I'm not the strongest with git. But I can't figure out how to get the app to pull in remote changes. It just seems to delete them immediately in favor of preserving its local state. If I could figure out the github syncing this would be a pretty perfect app. But without the ability to sync it's just a markdown viewer/editor

Maybe a whitelist/blacklist feature to load/ignore specific directories or files? I have a large directory and some files are crashing the app. Would love for a way to ignore these. Great app btw, thanks for keeping it ad free.
