After the recent update, I am unable to find any train station. I never had such a bad experience with this app. It is completely useless as I constantly get an error "No results. Please try to find a different stop". It is unacceptable, since I am not able to access my ticket or to travel.

Absolutely unclear and wierd application. Installed it just to buy train tickets from Krakow airport, following the advertisement inside the train. After cumbersome registration process, which you can't do in the application and which requires even your personal photo!, I haven't managed to simply buy two tickets - it eventually asked me to choose a stop from a list with no entries. Btw, to buy a ticket you must know a company operator of the train, why?

The application is better than one can see from reviews and rating. If you have any issues just write to the support on the web, and they resolve your problem. It is the only application where you can buy a train ticket, and this is invaluable. Design is a bit outdated, but as I wrote functionality is more important here.

Useless, doesnt show any trains that I'm searching for, even though I know the connection exists; bundle tickets and free tickets are never available, even though it's the main selling point of this app

Quite useful, saves time to ticket machines. There is annoying feature that your preferred ticket type has expired and you need to go through the whole process again to get it on the list - that should be amended. The rest seems to work fine

The app is great and very easy to use,only couple of suggestions: - it would be great to see actual financial balance somewhere on the top (too see it immediately after logging without a need to scroll down) and get maybe a warning if dropping under certain configurable amount - I don't understand why tickets saving in favourites are expiring even if the price has not changed

Same problem as several other people have already reported below. Was looking for tickets from Kraków to Bielsko Biała for the following day. Used the itinerary finder, selected the train I wanted with tomorrow's date and clicked on Buy Tickets. Next screen tells you it's going to be a six hour ticket. Then when you confirm payment it's cancels you a ticket starting immediately TODAY running six hours from the time of purchase with no way to refund the purchase or change the date!

I payed for one ticket and the received a message saying my payment had not been approved. I tried 5 times and it didnt work. Later, I checked the app and realized there were 5 charged tickets. Immediately I called them asking for a refund. And now is when it gets even worse: they told me they would check my payments and that I should wait. I waited one week and they told my money would be in my bank acc by 16th Feb. Today is 16th Feb and I'm still without the money. How can it be possible???
